1. General Overview

VoxKraft Digital (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides digital design, web development, and marketing services to clients worldwide.
These terms govern the use of our website and all services offered, including Shopify development, SEO, branding, and content creation.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on this page.

2. Quotes and Proposals

• All price quotes, proposals, and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• After 30 days, pricing and timelines may be subject to change.

• Quotes are based on the initial scope of work provided. Any major revisions, new features, or additional requests may result in an updated quote or change order.

3. Project Timelines and Client Responsibilities

• Project start and completion dates depend on timely client feedback and submission of required materials (text, images, brand assets, etc.).

• VoxKraft Digital is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client materials or extended feedback cycles.

• All timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on workload, complexity, and third-party dependencies.

4. Payments and Billing

• Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% upon project completion or launch.

• Payments can be made via Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

• Ongoing services (SEO, maintenance, or marketing retainers) are billed monthly or according to agreed terms.

• Late payments (over 7 days past due) may result in a temporary suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only before development or design work begins.

• Once a project enters the development phase or any creative assets have been delivered, payments become non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated.

• If a client chooses to cancel mid-project, any completed work up to that point remains billable.

6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

• Upon full payment, all final deliverables (designs, websites, content, etc.) become the property of the client.

• VoxKraft Digital retains the right to feature completed projects, screenshots, and non-confidential assets in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• All unapproved or unpaid concepts, drafts, and designs remain the intellectual property of VoxKraft Digital.

7. Revisions and Edits

• All service packages include a limited number of revisions as stated in the proposal.

• Additional revisions or major redesigns outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs.

• Revisions must be requested within the active project timeline.

8. Content and Assets Provided by Client

• The client is responsible for ensuring that all content (images, videos, logos, copy, etc.) provided for the project is legally owned or licensed for use.

• VoxKraft Digital is not liable for any copyright infringement issues arising from client-supplied materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

• VoxKraft Digital is not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or third-party integrations.

• While we take great care to ensure accuracy and functionality, all services are provided “as is” without warranties, either expressed or implied.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.

10. Confidentiality

• Both VoxKraft Digital and the client agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential.

• We will not share or disclose client information to any third party without written consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• In the event of termination, all work completed to date will be invoiced and payable immediately.

• Ongoing service plans may be canceled with a 30-day written notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Arlington, VA.
