Terms of Service

VoxKraft Digital provides digital services including website development, Shopify store development, SEO blog writing, branding, automation, landing pages and website maintenance.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

For project and consulting work, we scope the effort in hours (the hour figures shown on our Pricing page are typical starting estimates, not final prices) and turn that into a clear, fixed written quote before work begins.

Most projects require a deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due at or before launch unless otherwise agreed. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately. (VoxKraft Launch plans are billed as a monthly subscription instead, as described in Section 6.)

You agree to provide the content, materials, access and timely feedback needed to complete your project. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline.

You confirm that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of any third party.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables for your project. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Each project includes the revision rounds described in your agreement. Support periods, where included (such as the 6 months of support in the Premium Shopify Store package), apply to the delivered work as specified.

VoxKraft Launch is an optional subscription model where, instead of paying the full cost of a website, store or app upfront, you pay a recurring monthly fee and we build, host and maintain it for you. Current Launch plans (for example Starter, Growth and Pro) and their monthly prices are shown on our Launch and Pricing pages, and the specific plan, inclusions and price for your project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Billing. Launch plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring fee until you cancel.

What the monthly fee covers. While your subscription is active, the fee covers the use of your live site, store or app together with hosting and the maintenance and support described in your plan. The monthly fee does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying website files, source code or design to you.

Ownership while subscribed. Until you complete a buyout (described below) or pay the project in full, the website, store or app we build and host under a Launch plan remains the property of O3 Holdings LLC, and you are granted a license to use it for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. You always own your own brand assets, your content and, where you registered it, your domain name.

Cancellation and what happens to the site. You may cancel anytime from your billing portal; there is no long-term contract. When a subscription is cancelled, or when a payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable grace period, the hosted site, store or app may be taken offline or suspended, because the hosting and maintenance depend on an active subscription. Monthly fees that have already been charged are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to the site files or code unless you complete a buyout. You may export your own content before the site is taken offline.

Buyout (owning it outright). At any time while your subscription is active, you may choose to buy out your project and own it outright with a one-time payment. The buyout price depends on the scope of your project and is quoted to you in writing; it is separate from, and not reduced by, the monthly fees you have already paid unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Once a buyout payment is completed in full, your monthly subscription ends and we transfer ownership of the final website files, source code and design to you, along with the domain and hosting where applicable, so you fully own and control your site going forward.

Price changes. The monthly price agreed for your existing plan will not change unless we give you advance notice. We may update the prices of Launch plans offered to new clients at any time.

Third-party costs. Some plans rely on third-party services such as domain registrars, e-commerce platforms (for example Shopify), email providers and payment processors. Any fees charged directly by those third parties are separate from your VoxKraft fees and are your responsibility.

Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, O3 Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms, together with any written project agreement, constitute the agreement between you and O3 Holdings LLC. We may update these terms from time to time.
