These Terms of Service govern your use of the VoxKraft Digital website and services. VoxKraft Digital is operated by O3 Holdings LLC. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
VoxKraft Digital provides digital services including website development, Shopify store development, SEO blog writing, branding, automation, landing pages and website maintenance.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project will be agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes and payments
Project quotes are based on the agreed scope. Most projects require a deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due at or before launch unless otherwise agreed.
Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, materials, access and timely feedback needed to complete your project. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline.
You confirm that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Ownership
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables for your project. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Revisions and support
Each project includes the revision rounds described in your agreement. Support periods, where included (such as the 6 months of support in the Premium Shopify Store package), apply to the delivered work as specified.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, O3 Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing terms
These terms, together with any written project agreement, constitute the agreement between you and O3 Holdings LLC. We may update these terms from time to time.
