Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services provided by VoxKraft Digital, operated by O3 Holdings LLC. Because our work is custom and service-based, please read this carefully.
1. Custom service work
Our services involve custom design and development work tailored to each client. Deposits are used to reserve time and begin work, and reflect labor already performed.
2. Deposits
Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover the discovery, planning and initial work for your project.
3. Cancellations
If you cancel a project after work has started, you are responsible for payment proportional to the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused balance for work not yet performed may be refunded at our discretion.
4. Completed work
Once a project has been delivered and accepted, fees for that work are non-refundable. We will, however, address issues that fall within the agreed scope and any included support period.
5. Monthly plans
Website maintenance and other recurring monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will end at the close of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for the current month.
